When it comes to workforce, we are all in this together and are living in a time where one entity cannot do it alone. That could mean working directly with clients and cross-referring, modifying curriculum to better meet employers’ needs or getting competitors in a room to build relationships and strategize how to better recruit, train and retain talent for our community. At this year’s State of Talent Conference Innovation in Workforce Luncheon, three organizations and one individual were honored for demonstrating an outstanding commitment building a stronger community and workforce in the community.
