The luxury real estate firm is opening their unique global resources to builders/developers of residential real estate all along Florida’s greater Tampa Bay and central gulf coast market.
TAMPA BAY, FL –April 24, 2019 – All Engel & Völkers offices across Tampa Bay, to include Belleair/Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Madeira Beach, and South Tampa have announced their new developer sales program. Perceived as the preeminent luxury boutique firm worldwide, they wished to extend this platform to all builders and developers. Although they have considerable experience in luxury developer sales, they wanted to offer their unique global and domestic platform to all builders/developers in the Tampa Bay market. As Kelly Kepler, Broker/Owner of the Belleair/Clearwater office explains, “With the addition of our fourth office in St. Petersburg, it is time to showcase our valued global and domestic outreach to developers and builders of residential condominiums and homes. No other firm can provide the level of real-time, real-touch outreach like E&V.” Ray Alexander, owner and managing broker of South Tampa further notes, “Yes, developers have come to recognize our truly tangible global connection. Unlike other firms who claim they’re global and may work within a loose affiliation, E&V has a real global foundation of connected agents, brokers, and clients all under the same umbrella. After all, real estate success really comes from the company that places a seller’s property in front of the greatest number of buyer prospects. That’s where we excel.”
Last year the Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach shop sold a vacant parcel to a developer with Wm. Karns Enterprises, helping him through the site plan approval and design consulting for new condo construction. That shop currently has a 4-unit, new construction condo listed with a developer from Miami. The St Pete shop has also worked with active developers such as Domain Homes, QT Homes, and ArcLight Development.
Engel & Völkers positions itself as a lifestyle organization that cross markets with clients from their other lifestyle divisions that include yachting, aviation, commercial and private capital group. “This really appeals to our sellers and developers when you consider that our internal clients from these other divisions will likely have real estate in their investment portfolios, and Florida real estate remains an attractive purchase.” South Tampa E&V Broker, Ray Alexander elaborates.
The benefits for developers include a concierge level of service regardless of property value or type, state-of-the-art technology, and optimum protocols for organic lead generation and management to ensure maximum conversion of new buyers to the sudden surge of amenity and lifestyle rich developments throughout greater Tampa Bay.
