Arena brings 5 years of experience to the Lakewood Ranch-based builder and has previously held positions with two other luxury homebuilders in the area. In her new role, she will assist prospective homeowners and handle all of the sales, tours and models within the luxury home community.

Born in Germany, Arena moved to St. Petersburg at a young age. She has lived in the Tampa Bay area for most of her life and moved to the Sarasota-Manatee area in 2015. She received her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida and earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami.
