Steve Berman Guest Lecture’s at Stetson University College of Law

TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Tampa Partner Steven M. Berman was a guest lecturer at the Stetson University College of Law Advanced Bankruptcy Seminar on Friday, March 22nd, 2019. Steve discussed discovery issues that came up in the Fundamental bankruptcy case opinions with a presentation entitled “Fundamentals of Fundamental Long Term Care.” 

Steve has focused his practice as a business bankruptcy litigator representing creditors, distressed debt lenders, trustees, committees and business entities litigating disputes in bankruptcy court.  Steve is board certified by the American Board of Certification in both creditors’ rights law and business bankruptcy law and is a member of the Florida, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and California Bars.
