TREASURE ISLAND, Fla. – Bilmar Beach Café, the beachfront patio restaurant at The Bilmar Beach Resort makes this Easter morning more memorable by serving brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sip on bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary’s while overlooking the beach during Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 21.
Bilmar Beach Café chefs will man a carving board of herb roasted prime rib with pepper au jus and a made-to-order omelet station offering ham, bacon, sausage, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese. Platters of fresh fruit, smoked salmon with capers, diced red onions, chopped eggs and bagels, Belgian waffles with assorted fruit toppings, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and assorted muffins and pastries will be on display. Eggs Benedict topped with citrus hollandaise sauce and traditional Southern biscuits and sausage gravy will be served, as well as luncheon options like grilled chicken with roasted tomato and fresh basil, seared mahi topped with lemon caper sauce and a dessert table of cakes, petit fours and pies.
The outdoor patio portion of the Bilmar Beach Café overlooks the Gulf and gives diners a lovely view with their meals. Or guests can eat in the comfort of the indoor dining room and indulge in the bliss of air conditioning. This area also has a view of the beach and pool areas.
