Tampa, Fla. (April 4, 2019) – The Credit Union National Administration (CUNA) has announced the winners of its 2019 CUNA Diamond Awards with Tampa Bay’s GTE Financial winning two prominent awards. The credit union earned recognition in the Video Commercial Category for their Go Series, which included a fun goat yoga commercial, and in the Non‐commercial Video Category for their ‘May the Fourth Be with You’ video series.
“We are consistently looking for fun and innovative ways to connect with our members and potential members,” said Mandy Zurbrick, Chief Marketing Officer of GTE Financial. “We’re excited and appreciative to be recognized with two distinguished awards that serve as a testament to the hard work that underpins each campaign we create.”
The annual Diamond Awards recognize achievements in marketing and business development, including branding, campaigns, direct mail, social media, and video. CUNA judges entries on five criteria: Strategy, Creativity, Design and Production, Copy and Communication, and Results.

CUNA, the national organization for credit union professionals, reviewed more than 1,300 entries in 36 categories. The organization announced the winners on March 20‐23 at the 26th Annual Marketing & Business Development Council Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.
