New Port Richey, Downtown, FL (April 5, 2019) – Sunday in the City is an opportunity for the community to experience the downtown New Port Richey in a new way; a more relaxed, casual, family friendly day out around town. The next Sunday in the City will take place on April 14 and provides an opportunity for downtown merchants to roll out the welcome mat for residents and visitors alike.
The public is invited to head downtown to shop, dine, explore, and experience all the City has to offer. Walking, biking, and golf carts are all great ways to reach the downtown district.
Participating businesses will be offering a variety of special menu offerings, drink specials, activities, and sales. There will be additional activities planned each month in future months as the promotion evolves. “Downtown New Port Richey offers something that is missing from much of Pasco County–small town charm.” says Lia Gallegos, Rock the Boat Productions Public Relations Director. “That quaint setting that people are searching for is right here, hidden between US 19 and Rowan Road. Our City is beautiful, accessible, and welcoming. We want to share that with our Tampa Bay area neighbors.”
To celebrate the beginning of spring, the theme for April is “garden party” so merchants will be infusing a bit of spring into their Sunday in the City promotions. Highlights for April:
