March 29, 2019 (TAMPA, FL) – Eshenbaugh Land Company, a Tampa based boutique land broker firm, had a fantastic end to the 2019 first quarter, with 12 separate land sale transactions totaling over $75,000,000 combined! This brings the total sales volume to over $1.2 billion since inception.
Following this hot streak of closings, the Tampa Bay Business Journal listed Eshenbaugh Land Company as one of Tampa Bay’s top commercial real estate brokerages for 2018, ranking in at number seventeen out of thirty-nine brokerages in Tampa Bay.
Eshenbaugh Land Company was also honored this March with a number of awards. The Realtors Land Institute as a part of the RLI APEX Production Awards Program recognized Ryan Sampson, CCIM, ALC and Bill Eshenbaugh, CCIM, ALC as APEX 2018 Top 20 National Producers.
