Event Supports UMCM Suncoast in Improving the Community by Empowering People to Achieve Financial Goals
UMCM Suncoast announces its 4th annual fundraiser Raising Hope Tasting Event Saturday, April 6, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at the Duncan McClellan Gallery in St. Petersburg’s Arts Warehouse District.
This premier event includes craft beer from Green Bench Brewery, five wine tasting stations and many activities within the event including a Wine Pull contest, Silent Auction and the inaugural Cupcakes & Cabernet contest, where attendees get their “icing on” for a heated contest that results in one of the most fun ways to win a bottle of Cabernet.
“We look forward to having the Tampa Bay community join us in our Raising Hope Tasting Event next month. That we have strong returning sponsors such as Bouchard Insurance and Just Add Software and that so many other businesses have stepped up and donated great items for our Silent Auction, Cupcakes & Cabernet and Wine Pull, ensures this event is better than ever. This all speaks to the heart of what we do which is to provide innovative educational services to ensure people become self-sustaining, employable and have a basis for lifelong educational success,” says Pam Qualls, CEO of UMCM Suncoast.
Current sponsors include: Bouchard Insurance, Just Add Software, Dunedin Coffee Company & Bakery and Imperial/Dade. Additional sponsorships and tickets are available Visit UMCMSuncoast.org, email donations@UMCMSuncoast.org or call Cecelia Messina @ 727.754.3929.
“UMCM Suncoast utilizes unique and innovative educational programs to transform lives while inspiring hope and nurturing vibrant communities,” adds Ms. Qualls.
