
Saint Petersburg, Florida – On Monday, March 18th Michael Israel, a world-renowned American artist, entertainer, speaker, and humanitarian famous for “Speed Painting” performances, will be at Admiral Farragut Academy to paint underwater with the scuba students (estimated time of 10:00 a.m.).
This is all part of promoting Admiral Farragut Academy’s community-wide entertainment event of the year “Reach for the Stars” which will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2019, from 6:30-10:30 p.m. This event will be the first time Farragut will open its doors to its new performing arts facility, DeSeta Hall. Attendees can expect to be surprised and delighted when they see this amazing state-of-the-art event space and witness art-in-concert by Michael Israel. Watch this video to see Michael in action. DeSeta Hall will also be available for rent for weddings, large meetings, performances, and more.
With two graduates who have walked on the moon and course offerings from scuba to aviation, Farragut is proud to offer students the opportunity to quite literally “Reach for the Stars”. About Michael Israel – Michael Israel is a world-renowned American artist, entertainer, speaker, and humanitarian famous for “Speed Painting” performances and inspiring compassion and support for many charities including the Special Olympics, Make-A-Wish, Komen Breast Cancer, and Ronald McDonald House Charities. Michael was born in 1960 in New York and began painting at age 2.
