Speakers include Deputy Commissioner of Agriculture Deborah Tannenbaum and Holly Bell, Florida’s new Director of Cannabis. Other guests include Noah Valenstein, Secretary of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and economists K.C. Conway and Dr. Jerry Parrish.
