SARASOTA, FL (February 21, 2019) – On the heels of Bogati Urns’s recent move to a larger office/warehouse, and in the midst of the company’s 15th Anniversary, Bogati Urns is proud to announce the addition of two new team members to its staff.
“It’s an exciting start to 2019 here at Bogati Urns,” said company owner, Andrea Bogard LeBlanc. “It’s my pleasure to welcome Jim Knake and Michelle Matson to our team.”
Jim Knake joins the team as creative director. With a degree from Ringling College of Art & Design and more than 25 years of graphic design experience, Knake is responsible for the company’s visual/graphic design needs, including marketing materials, ongoing website updates, and urn designs.
“It’s exciting to see someone like Andrea who really wants to grow her business, and I’m excited to help her with that process,” Knake said.
Also joining the Bogati team is Michelle Matson as sales and marketing director. With 20 years of sales, marketing and customer service expertise, and both a Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Massachusettes Boston and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Business Management from Johnson & Wales University, Matson will be focused on successful product and customer care experiences, building brand awareness through various traditional and current strategies, and growing a database of clients and prospects with which to foster relationships.
“I met Andrea on several occasions and was so impressed by her success and entrepreneurial spirit and vision to grow her company in a thoughtful, ethical way,” Matson said. “When she asked me to join the team, it was an easy decision. I knew I wanted to be a part of her effort.”
With the addition of these two professionals, the Bogati Urns team now totals nine employees, as well as a handful of commissioned sales reps.
“Jim and Michelle add years of experience to our growing team in many aspects of business, most notably some key areas I’ve been eager to focus more on for some time now” Bogard Leblanc said. “Their expertise will be a great help to this company, and I look forward to working with both of them.”
