TAMPA, Florida – February 20, 2019 – Moss Construction is pleased to announce that Toby Manulak has been promoted to Vice President in the firm’s Tampa office.

As Vice President and project executive, Manulak will be responsible for overseeing all items related to construction operations including business development, staffing assignments, project plan development, cost and schedule analysis, as well as owner and subcontractor negotiations.
In addition, Manulak, a Florida Certified Contractor and LEED Accredited Professional B+CD, will also be involved with all project phases from pre-construction to construction and project close-out.

Manulak joined Moss in 2015 as a senior project manager.
