Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty Team Managed Several Significant Transactions in 2018
LAKELAND, FL, February 19, 2019 — Kyle Vreeland and Greg Smith, real estate sales associates at Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty (CBCSRD), were recently awarded as the brokerage’s 2018 Top Producers.
Vreeland is the Director of Industrial & Corporate Real Estate for CBCSRD and also served as President of Lakeland Realtors in 2018. Smith is an industrial and religious facilities specialist at the brokerage. The team was recognized as the CBCSRD’s Top Producers in 2016 as well.
Three significant transactions the team managed during 2018 included:
1033 Pine Chase, Lakeland, Florida ($3,000,000) was a transaction in which CBCSRD represented both the buyer and seller. The Seller was Alabama Metal Industries Corp, a subsidiary of Gibralter Industries, and the Buyer was BMR Suspension, the premier manufacturer of high-performance suspension systems for the automotive industry. The transaction was a sale and lease-back arrangement in which the Seller would lease back approximately half of the space following the sale and the Buyer would occupy the other half. This helped offset costs and provide ample time for growth, creating a good solution for both parties.
7110 US Highway 98 North, Lakeland, Florida ($1,500,000) was another transaction in which CBCSRD represented both the buyer and seller. The Seller was a local group of investors and the Buyer was Michael’s Trailers Inc, a retailer of commercial and recreational trailers. This was the fourth transaction in which this Buyer was represented by CBCSRD over the years.
3395 Memorial Boulevard, Lakeland, Florida ($1,350,000) was, again, another transaction in which CBCSRD represented both the buyer and seller. The Seller was a local family with deep connections to the community. The Buyer was Lakeland Ice Arena which is a full-service instructional and recreational hockey and skating facility catering to both public and private uses and being developed with the involvement of the Tampa Bay Lightning.
