The seminar will be presented by Elizabeth Statzer of Medical Center of Trinity Behavioral Health Center.
Ms. Statzer will discuss when help is needed for sadness/grief, difficulty adjusting to life changes, life stress/traumatic events and other difficulties experienced by either you or a loved one.
