A real estate agent will attempt a unique 24-hour YouTube live stream as part of her campaign for Tampa Bay Woman of the Year, an annual fundraising event benefiting the Westchase Charitable Foundation.

Melanie Atkinson, Realtor with Smith & Associates, will broadcast from an actual house for sale in South Tampa. The live stream will feature continuous programming, guests, a video tour of the listing, and an opportunity for viewers, local residents, and businesses to participate. Co-hosting is Melanie’s producer (and client) @JenTalksForever, formerly with CNN.

Anyone around the world can watch the live stream to join in on the fun – chat with Melanie, ask real estate and Tampa-related questions, make online donations to the Westchase Charitable Foundation. Viewers can tune in on YouTube or MelanieLovesTampaBay.com.
An Open House will be held on Sunday 11AM-3PM for those who do live in the Tampa Bay area and are either house hunting or interested in stopping by to show support and make an in-person donation. Locals who want to set up a showing / tour will be able to call 813.392.2488 (during the stream) to arrange a visit. Any local businesses that make a $100+ donation (monetary or donation value) will get the chance to also be part of the live program if they call that same number.

– B-roll tour of the home’s interior can be provided
– Outlets granted a non-exclusive license from Melanie to take the watermarked stream live during your show, embedding the YouTube link online / social media, and using clips in perpetuity for your broadcast / web purposes
– For national / international outlets – we can arrange a phone / Skype interview with Melanie, but these must occur prior to the live stream event
