Emmy Award winning broadcaster Sarina Fazan has been nominated for Tampa Bay Woman of the Year. This year over a dozen women are competing for the title. “I am humbled to be included in the amazing event and look forward to all the good it will bring the Tampa Bay community, said Fazan.” The event is hosted by the Westchase Charitable Foundation, a 501(c) 3 non-profit charity. All monies raised support families in need through the Tampa Bay area.
The nominee that raises the most money through sale of tickets, sponsors and donations is crowned as the winner. As a result, when attendees make a ticket purchase, bid or donation they must pick one of the nominees. “There is no better competition than to crown a winner on the most good she can bring our community, said Fazan.
Tampa Bay Woman of the Year is set for Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the Jet Center/Sheltair located 4751 Jim Walter Blvd from 6pm – 11pm. Tickets can be purchased at www.tampabaywoman.org.
