PALM HARBOR, FL – On Saturday, March 23, the Suncoast Primate Sanctuary will host its largest annual fundraising event, Jungle Ball 2019. The affair will be hosted by The Nielsen Company at their headquarters, 501 Brooker Creek Blvd in Oldsmar, Florida, from 6pm to 10pm. Jungle Ball 2019 is sure to provide animal friends and lovers an outstanding evening of scrumptious dining from some of Tampa Bay’s top chefs and restaurants, and live musical entertainment by The Erica DiCeglie Band. Unique and valuable offerings that include an array of exciting travel opportunities, artwork, jewelry, fine wine, dining, and more will be available through a live auction, silent auction, raffle and 50/50. Throughout the evening, guests will experience special animal walkabouts, greetings, and photo opportunities.
The Event Chair for this event is Jude Bond, and television host Jeni Bond will serve as Master of Ceremonies. Jungle Ball 2019 Honoree Debbie Cobb will introduce the sanctuary’s innovative educational expansion and site redevelopment program at 8pm. Tickets are available for a suggested donation of $70 per person. Sponsorship, underwriting, and naming opportunities are available from $250 – $10,000.

ABOUT THE SUNCOAST PRIMATE SANCTUARY FOUNDATION, INC.
More than 130 animals from dozens of species on six continents call the Suncoast Primate Sanctuary home, including chimpanzees, orangutans, monkeys, alligators, tortoises, exotic birds, and many others. Whether no longer able to be cared for as personal pets, or retiring from the laboratory or film industries, the Sanctuary provides these magnificent creatures a safe haven to live the rest of their lives in peace and with dignity. The Sanctuary is staffed entirely by volunteers and relies on the generosity of the community and local businesses.
The Suncoast Primate Sanctuary Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization with gates open every Thursday through Sunday, from 10am – 4pm. Suggested admission donation is $15 for visitors age 11+, $10 for children 3-10, and free for children under 3. Annual family memberships are available for $150 donation. The Suncoast Primate Sanctuary is the only accredited wild animal park in Pinellas County.
