WIMAUMA, FLA. – Luxury home builder Sunrise Homes has purchased the remaining 91 home sites – most with water views – in the 512-acre community of Lake Toscana, on Saffold Road, just off U.S. 301.
With this purchase, Sunrise will offer executive and estate residences priced from the mid-$300s and ranging in size from 2,500 to 4,000 square feet of living space. However, because Sunrise Homes is a custom builder, any floor plan can be modified or expanded to a customer’s specifications.
Nearly all homes will be situated on the community’s internal waterways and home sites will range in size from one-half to a full acre.
The Montalto, a 3,003-square-foot decorated model home, is under way and is expected to be completed in the near future. It is located at 5333 Lake Venice Drive. For updates, call (813) 681-8419.
A community with expansive nature areas and walking trails near the Little Manatee River, Lake Toscana also offers its residents a picnic pavilion and a large playground.
To reach Lake Toscana, take Interstate 75 to Sun City Center Boulevard east to U.S. 301 and turn right (south). Drive 5.1 miles and turn left on Saffold Road. Lake Toscana is 2.1 miles on the right.
The Lake Toscana sales center will open soon. Call (813) 681-8419 for more details or to schedule an appointment. Or just visit Sunrisehomescorp.com.
