(Feb 4, 2019) – The Dilweg Companies recently awarded Ian Black Real Estate leasing for two prominent office properties in the Sarasota market – Sarasota City Center in downtown Sarasota and 9000 Town Center Parkway in Lakewood Ranch. The assignment totals approximately 350,000 square feet.
