TAMPA — The University of Tampa TECO Energy Center for Leadership in the Sykes College of Business will present the 2019 Leadership Summit, “Leadership in Turbulent Times,” on Wednesday, Feb. 13. The event will be held from 7:15 a.m.–1 p.m. in the Crescent Club, located on the ninth floor of the Vaughn Center.
The Leadership Summit will kick off with a presentation by keynote speaker Jen Shirkani, an emotional intelligence speaker and author of Choose Resilience and Ego vs EQ.
Shirkani’s presentation will be followed by a leadership panel. Speakers on the panel include Bob Rohrlack, president and CEO of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce; retired Maj. Gen. Edward F. Dorman III, director of logistics and engineering at U.S. Central Command; and Henry Gonzalez III, Tampa Bay market president of Beach Community Bank.
The Leadership Summit will conclude with roundtable discussions, which are led by UT students and cover topics in leadership, followed by lunch at noon.
