Noted for its luxurious and personalized homes, Neal Signature Homes sold out The Inlets, a popular waterfront community in Manatee County, last year and has only two homes remaining at Wildgrass in Sarasota.
“We have had tremendous success maintaining our growth throughout the year –even after selling out two of our most popular communities,” said Randy Turkovics, president of Neal Signature Homes. “I am extremely proud of our hard-working team, which saw a 13 percent increase in sales in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch, an 8 percent increase at Provence in Sarasota and a 5 percent increase at Mirabay in Apollo Beach.”

Currently, the homebuilder can be found in eight communities, including River Wind and The Estuary in Bradenton, Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood, MiraBay in Apollo Beach, County Club East and Country Club West in Lakewood Ranch and Provence and Wildgrass in Sarasota.
Country Club East in the award-winning, master-planned community Lakewood Ranch remains one of the builder’s fastest-selling communities, with 32 sales throughout 2018. As a prominent builder at Country Club East, Neal Signature Homes has opportunities for buyers in several neighborhoods in the private, gated golf course community, including Collingtree, Highlands, Prestbury, Eaglescliffe and Windy Hill.
The builder recently unveiled new luxury home designs at the Collingtree and Highlands neighborhoods inside Country Club East. Neal Signature Homes added five exclusive plans to its existing offerings at Collingtree, ranging in size from 2,552 square feet to 3,584 square feet. The builder also released three fresh designs at Highlands.
About 25 percent of the builder’s sales in 2018 consisted of homes available for quick to immediate occupancy. The builder plans to expand this segment of its portfolio next year.
