The Executive Board of the Clearwater Downtown Partnership (“CDP”) has selected Eric Sullivan, an owner of the downtown businesses The Sports Facilities Advisory and The Sports Facilities Management (“SFA” & “SFM”) as its Chair beginning in January of 2019 to serve a 1 year term. Joining Eric as the Vice Chair of the CDP will be Downtown Development Board (“DDB”) Member and owner of Pour Yours, Lina Teixeira. The Treasurer for the 2019 leadership team will be Matt Crum, President of FrankWinstonCrum Insurance.

For 2019, the CDP will continue to focus on the growth and promotion of Downtown Clearwater’s future. Specifically, we are looking forward to working with City Council and staff on the implementation of the Imagine Clearwater plan and bringing more businesses to the downtown area. The membership of the CDP is looking to Imagine Clearwater to spur additional economic development opportunities and generate interest from businesses across the Tampa Bay area.

“I am very excited to have Eric and Lina at the helm of the CDP for 2019” said Matt Becker, the 2018 Chair of the Clearwater Downtown Partnership. “I can’t think of a better team to represent the CDP in our efforts to work with the City of Clearwater to move Imagine Clearwater forward.”

Chair Elect, Eric Sullivan, shared “Professionally, I have been fortunate to work with a lot of great communities and downtowns across the country. I’m looking forward to growing my role with the CDP and bringing that experience to Clearwater!”
