The Macintosh facility at Lakeland Electric has undergone a transformation in recent years. The “Peaker “ unit, an integral component of the power plant, was disassembled and moved from a previous location to the Macintosh plant where it will be reassembled by Rayco Industrial and repainted by Industrial Painting Solutions. The coal-fired plant provides power to over two million people from Orlando to Tampa.
“We are very excited to have been selected by Lakeland Electric and Rayco Industrial. The plant is close to our facility in Plant City and is a perfect fit for our company. We look forward to a synergistic relationship between our three companies,” said Matt Yarbrough, Founder, Industrial Painting Solutions.
