New Tenants at Park 66 in Pinellas Park

PINELLAS PARK, FL (December 10, 2018) –   The Sembler Company is pleased to announce Skechers and Verizon both opened at Park 66 Plaza, located at the northwest corner of 66th St N and Park Blvd in Pinellas Park, FL, one of Pinellas County’s busiest intersections. Park Blvd is a major east/west artery connecting Tampa to the Gulf Beaches.

A multifamily complex is directly behind the center and St. Petersburg College’s Health Education Center is across the street. In 2013 the center was redevelopment and that included total renovation of the parking lot, landscape, lighting, and a new facade. Major tenants at Park 66 include Walmart Neighborhood Market, Anytime Fitness, Dollar Tree, and the newly announced Skechers and Verizon.
