SARASOTA, FL (December 7, 2018) – Carla Rayman has been elected as the new global chair of the Global Business Council for the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM). Rayman is an affiliated Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. As global chair, Rayman will lead the Council’s mission to provide networking, marketing, education and technological opportunities to its members to enhance their success in conducting business in a global real estate market.
Rayman has served on the RASM Board of Directors for the past six years and has been involved with the Global Business Council for a recurrent eight years, during which RASM has served as the Ambassador Association to Spain. This year, the Global Business Council was awarded the Gold Global Achievement Award from the National Association of REALTORS® for its efforts working with the community.
According to Rayman, “We have very diverse members on the council and our goal in the year to come is to build more community awareness around them. We will be offering lunch-and-learn language classes, classes on how to expand your market as well as providing information on immigration and tax-related circumstances for our clients. There will also be opportunities for members to join us in trade missions and overseas property shows to help market their listings and network.”
With over 21 years of real estate experience, Rayman has found her niche in consulting and marketing for international home buyers and sellers. She is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a member of the Gulf Coast Latin Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, where she serves as the President’s Liaison to Panama. Rayman’s extensive experience includes participating on international real estate panels in Spain, France, Canada, Venezuela and Brazil.
