Three-story townhomes now selling in Phase 1: Inlet Park
TAMPA, Fla. (Dec. 3, 2018) – WCI, a premier developer and builder of luxury homes, is now unveiling luxury townhomes in the waterfront community, The Inlet at Westshore Marina District. The first phase, Inlet Park, which is now selling, features three-story upscale townhomes starting in the $400s.
Inlet Park is located near 1.5 miles of waterfront and green space, and has easy access to Tampa Bay for boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding, along with spectacular sunset views.
The second phase, Inlet Shore, will include a waterfront combination of three-story and four-story townhomes with rooftop decks. Both communities will feature coastal-style exteriors with Bermuda shutters, plantation-style balconies and metal roofs, adding to the feel of a resort destination. The floorplans range from 2,173 to 2,410 square feet.
“Inlet Park offers a luxury lifestyle with easy access to a stunning waterfront,” said Mark Metheny, Division President for Lennar Tampa, the parent company of WCI. “We’ve already received significant interest because of the convenient location, high-end townhomes and waterfront environment.”
Westshore Marina District is a 52-acre walkable waterfront mixed-use community that will include 60,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space once complete. The community will have waterfront trails, three parks, and a conservation pond with jogging trails.
