ST. PETERSBURG, FL (November 15, 2018) – Craig Scafidi, a commercial advisor with Coldwell Banker Commercial, represented Amigo’s Tortilla Bar as they signed a lease to open their first St. Petersburg location in a 2,000-square-foot commercial building at 681 Central Avenue. Amigo’s Tortilla Bar is officially open as of November 15.
“This transaction brings the popular Key West restaurant to downtown St. Petersburg, their first location in the Tampa Bay area,” said Scafidi.
Amigo’s Tortilla Bar was founded by Eric Sindone, Jesse Anderson, Jack Anderson and Sam Haverl in 2010. They currently own and operate a popular Key West restaurant location and are famously known for their square-shaped tortillas.
“We’re so excited to be able to bring fresh flavorful and simple Mexican food to Tampa Bay and more specifically to downtown St. Petersburg,” said Haverl. “We look forward to being a part of the future of this amazing area.”
