The case study, titled “HubSpot Ecosystem: Increase Direct Bookings with Video and Conversational Marketing,” examined how Nextiny has helped a Central Florida property management company to compete with popular online booking sites, such as Airbnb, through video and conversational marketing. The article went through the steps Nextiny took over the course of the campaign, including increasing site traffic, lead generation, using video to engage website visitors, the use of chatbots and live chat to foster one-on-one conversations, and using data to measure and illustrate the campaign’s eventual success.
