Additionally, Keith has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership positions with Fortune 500 public and privately-held companies across multiple industries. Further, Keith’s entrepreneurial experience includes founding, managing and selling companies; he has extensive experience in all phases of M & A process, including analysis, negotiations, due diligence, and closing.
