ARCW Insurance Welcomes Two New Sales Professionals

October 29, 2018, Pinellas Park, FL – ARCW Insurance is pleased to announce the addition of two seasoned sales professionals. After a lengthy recruitment period, ARCW Insurance has hired Joe Martino who will serve as Associate Agent in the Commercial Lines division, and Robert Hall who will serve as Healthcare Broker in the Healthcare Division.

Joe Martino. Joe previously worked as an Account Executive for NBT Insurance Agency. As an insurance professional for more than thirty years, he brings considerable experience to the ARCW Commercial Sales Team. While a generalist for many years, Joe has cultivated specialties in insurance solutions for several industries, including franchise equipment dealers, transportation and hauling, gasoline and fuel delivery, convenience stores and energy-related services, construction, and garage risks. He is actively involved in trade associations that further industry “best practices.” His risk management expertise facilitates the efforts of his clients by offering a consultative approach that includes a unique focus on loss prevention and loss control.

Joe has a bachelor’s degree in Management from Utica College and resides with his wife and family in Seminole, FL.

Robert Hall. Robert has over twenty-four years of experience in the healthcare, life sciences, and long-term care liability insurance and risk management business. The former CEO and President for a national healthcare-focused wholesale brokerage, he was also a managing general agent for a leading medical malpractice insurance carrier and has held Vice President titles for national public and privately held insurance brokerages. Robert has developed an expertise in healthcare, having placed complete insurance programs for hospital systems and large physician groups. He has also created captive feasibility studies and other alternative risk models. He has a strong understanding of HMO Reinsurance and Provider Stop-loss.

Robert holds the ARM designation and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he earned Finance and Economics degrees. He is also an accomplished speaker and author and has written four novels. The most recent is his forthcoming book, A Year Inside the Moon. His first novel, Bobby’s Socks was about child sexual abuse and the epi genetic link to suicide. He strongly advocates for the protection of children and families from all forms of abuse.
