B2 Communications expands with two new team members

November 7, 2018 by Post

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (Nov. 7, 2018) – B2 Communications, one of the Tampa Bay area’s top public relations agencies, has added Gaby Provenzano and Destynee Bush to its growing team.

Gaby Provenzano, an account coordinator, works closely with such clients as the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, PatientCare Logistics Solutions, and SPCA Tampa Bay. She supports media relations initiatives, including drafting news releases, pitching media stories and coordinating interviews. She also creates content for clients’ newsletters, websites and social media channels.

Prior to joining B2, Provenzano was an account coordinator at Durée & Company, a Fort Lauderdale-based boutique PR agency, where she worked with hospitality, lifestyle and nonprofit clients. In that role, she implemented successful influencer, community and media relations strategies and managed social media accounts.

Destynee Bush, an assistant account coordinator, works with such clients as Revenue Management Solutions, Colliers International, Lennar Homes and Rizzetta & Company. She also works on the Prevent Needless Deaths campaign, which educates people in the Tampa Bay area about ways to prevent unintentional child deaths, and manages B2’s social media accounts.

Bush first joined B2 as a summer intern, gaining valuable experience as she assisted agency team members with media relations support, social media and a public engagement campaign in St. Petersburg. Prior to coming to B2, Bush interned at Brock Communications, where she assisted with social media initiatives, drafted content for news releases, and pitched media outlets.

“Gaby and Destynee are already making a difference for clients in our fast-paced work environment, which often involves shifting priorities and meeting tight deadlines,” said Kyle Parks, principal of B2 Communications. “We’re very excited to have them on the team.”

Provenzano graduated from the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications with a bachelor’s degree in public relations. Bush received a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from The University of Tampa.
