Eshenbaugh Land Company Sells Oldsmar Flea Market For $11,350,000

TAMPA, Fla. (October 23, 2018) –Ryan Sampson, ALC, CCIM and Bill Eshenbaugh, ALC, CCIM represented the seller in the sale of the Oldsmar Flea Market located at 180 Race Track Road in Oldsmar, FL. The Oldsmar Flea Market is a full-service flea market of over 250,000 square feet that services over 700 vendors. The Flea Market has been operating in its current location for over 30 years and is one of the “largest” flea markets in the Tampa Bay area, with over 260,000 customers annually.

This well-established cash flowing asset attracted substantial interest with multiple offers from a number of qualified developers and operators due to its ideal location, history, and vendor mix. “At the end of the day, it was obvious that the buyer was truly interested in improving the flea market for both the vendors and shoppers while at the same time demonstrating to the seller a true commitment to getting this deal done from the beginning at the highest price without any hesitation”, stated Sampson.

The buyer, Oldsmar Track LLC, intends to continue operating the Oldsmar Flea Market as one of the premier attractions in Tampa Bay. The property closed on October 22, 2018 for $11,350,000.
