University Area CDC Offers Free Halloween Treats from Trunks

WHO:        University Area CDC

WHAT:       Trunk or Treat – trick or treating

WHEN:      Saturday, Oct. 27, 3 to 5 p.m.

WHERE:     University Area Community Center, 14013 N. 22nd St., Tampa, FL 33613

DETAILS:    Children of all ages are invited to a free safe trick-or-treating event at which they will enjoy yummy candy and other treats as they stroll from car to car (trunk to trunk.) Other event highlights include games, music, food and a few surprise characters. Youth under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Celebrating 20 years of community service, University Area Community Development Corporation (CDC) provides support for thousands of Tampa residents through youth programs, adult education and resource assistance. Its primary mission is the redevelopment and sustainability of the at-risk areas surrounding University of South Florida’s Tampa campus.
