The PMN designation is a next-generation REALTOR® designation designed from the ground up to deliver the real-world skills, know-how and tools to keep an agent’s business out front and on top of an evolving real estate market. PMN curriculum is driven by the following topics: negotiating strategies and tactics, networking and referrals, business planning and systems, personal performance management and cultural differences in buying and selling.

Zeris has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, including serving as a mortgage broker, appraiser, short sale negotiator and trainer. A Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), he received the 2016 President’s Award from the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee and is on the Florida Realtor faculty. He is the 2017-2018 president of the board of directors of the Humane Society of Manatee County.
