TAMPA, FL (October 1, 2018) — PulteGroup’s West Florida Division has announced Dustin Holbrook as Director of Market Intelligence. He previously held this position for the company’s Southwest Florida Division.
Within the West Florida Division, Holbrook will continue his role of providing strategic information to aid in the decision-making for the local market operating teams. He will also work to develop tactical acquisitions and operational strategies for the market area.
“With plans to open 12 communities in our division this year, we will need someone with Dustin’s expertise on the team,” said Sean Strickler, president of PulteGroup’s West Florida division. “Being able to identify top-notch Tampa land and help us turn those opportunities into successful communities based on the overall demographics in the market is a big task, but I have no doubt, based on his track record, he will continue to bring success to Pulte.”
Holbrook has been with PulteGroup for six years, having started as a Strategic Marketing Analyst. He has gained experience identifying target market opportunities, performing market research and analysis, tracking market conditions and supporting land acquisition efforts.
“Over the past six years, I’ve had the opportunity to analyze and evaluate a wide variety of land parcels as part of the development process,” said Holbrook. “Location is a vital component, but it has to be carefully balanced with the competitive environment and affordability. I look forward to working alongside the team and finding the perfect areas for Pulte buyers to call home.”
Holbrook earned his bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
