SARASOTA, FL (September 24, 2018) – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has named Dawn McClure as the new branch manager of the company’s Manatee office, where she will lead approximately 28 independent sales associates. McClure brings 36 years of experience in real estate.
Prior to her career in real estate, McClure provided marketing, statistical and administrative leadership and support for a leading health and life insurance company. McClure then transitioned to the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce in north Texas, where she served as the senior director of economic development for six years.
McClure began her real estate career in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she worked first as an office administrator, then later as a sales associate for a local high-end building. Her career led her to Dallas, where she served as a residential and commercial sales associate. Later, she was named the managing broker of Coldwell Banker Legacy, LLC’s Rio Rancho office where she oversaw 65 sales associates. Upon relocating to Florida, McClure opened her own brokerage. She holds broker licenses in Florida and New Mexico.
