Tampa Tile, a family owned business established in 1953 on West Columbus Drive, announced today the expansion and renovation of their 5,000-square foot showroom.
“This new showroom represents our vision for the future of Tampa Tile. My grandfather and my father started this business to supply beautiful flooring for the families throughout the Tampa Bay area 65 years ago. I feel it is my duty to continue innovating to provide the best products and service to our community” said Jerry DiFabrizio, President of Tampa Tile.
The grand re-opening of the Tampa Tile showroom is set for Thursday, September 13. With an investment of over half a million, the new showroom is styled like an art gallery where homeowners, interior designers, and contractors can get inspired to start a new project.
“Our legacy for the next generation is to provide authentic and unique tile. Not only did we renovate our public space, but we have also searched and found the most exceptional tiles you can find in the market. We are proud to sell the work of skilled ceramic artisans”, DiFabrizio explained.
Tampa Tile has partnered with international tile manufactures like Italian ceramists Mosaico+, Pecchioli Ceramiche, and Sichenia. Pisos Coloniales, a Mexican manufacturer, has created an exclusive line of handmade tile for Tampa Tile with names inspired by life in the Bay Area. Tampa Tile has also partnered with local ceramist Elle Terry Leonard to make her works of art accessible to everyone.
