Miami, Fla. — Avison Young’s Florida Capital Markets Group has been exclusively retained by Sears to market and sell three department store sites and the largest distribution center in Florida, all totaling ±2,350,692 square feet.

- The 152,542-square-foot Sears Volusia Mall location at 1700 W. International Speedway Blvd. in Daytona.
- The 123,790-square-foot Sears Westfield Citrus Park location at 7902 Citrus Park Town Center Blvd. and the 10,132-square-foot Sears Auto location at 13193 Citrus Park Town Center Blvd. in Tampa.
- The 126,336-square-foot Sears location at 9409 US Hwy 19 in Port Richey.
