TAMPA (September 5, 2018) PulteGroup’s West Florida Division has announced Jody Salter as Vice President of Construction. In this new role, Salter will manage all construction, permitting and customer service responsibilities for the division.
Salter has been with PulteGroup for 14 years, starting as an Assistant Field Manager and most recently serving as Director of Construction in Tampa.
“Jody is well-versed in all areas of Pulte’s operations,” said Sean Strickler, president of PulteGroup’s West Florida division. “Having someone with his level of veteran experience will help ensure we continue to deliver the Pulte experience to each and every community we build.”
The home builder plans to open 12 communities this year in the Tampa area, up from nine the previous two years.
“The West Florida Division is in the middle of its biggest year yet with 12 new communities set to be delivered by the end of 2018,” said Salter. “I’m looking forward to playing a part in helping each of these new communities open successfully and delivering dream homes to our buyers.”
Salter has been with PulteGroup since graduating from the University of Central Florida, where he earned his bachelor’s in Business Management with a minor in Marketing.
