The Tampa retail center at 2915 N. Dale Mabry Hwy Tampa next to Raymond James Stadium was purchased by Ben Mallah of Equity Management for 27M. There are a lot of plans for that area of Tampa.
Currently the center is home to Ashley Furniture, Floor and Decor, Wing House who are the major anchors with a few other Stores there.
The center is looking to fill a 4200 sqft space with a tenant that would fit in with the existing retailers. Plans are underway in the immediate area to add more furniture and home improvement shops.
