Michael J. Bradford, a shareholder in the Tampa office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Maritime Law Association of the United States (MLA) to join as an Associate Member. The MLA was founded in 1899 as a professional organization concerned with improvements in maritime law.
The MLA membership consists of lawyers involved in maritime matters, judges active in matters involving admiralty issues, admiralty law professors, and non-lawyers who are selected because they hold responsible positions in the maritime field and have rendered distinguished service in the advancement of maritime law or its administration.
Mr. Bradford focuses his practice on admiralty and maritime claims, insurance coverage, property and casualty, construction negligence, and commercial litigation. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, with extensive experience defending some of the nation’s leading insurance companies and Fortune 500 corporations.
Rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Bradford is a member of the Tampa Bay Mariners Club and the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
