New Retailers Break Ground Near Publix-Anchored Center
ST. PETERSBURG, FL – (August 22, 2018) – The Sembler Company recently broke ground on a new Wawa at Trinity Lakes Crossings, an outparcel park fronting State Road 54 with access from Trinity Blvd. in Pasco County, FL. Also under construction at the location: Express Oil and Trinity Car Wash. Burger King opened at the location earlier this summer.
Other tenants in Trinity Lakes Crossings include Hampton Inn, ABC Fine Wines & Spirits, Starbucks, Express Oil Change, and Achieva Credit Union. Four additional lots are available.
Trinity Lakes Crossings outparcels share direct access to the Shoppes at Trinity Lakes, a 65,000-sq-ft, Publix-anchored shopping center developed by Sembler in 2016. The center is the primary commercial node serving the explosive growth in the Trinity area.
“Trinity has been booming over the last several years, and there’s more to come,” said JP Guzzardo, Sembler’s Vice President of Development in charge of Build-to-Suit. “More than 47,000 residential units are expected to be built out by the end of 2022 in the immediate trade area. The new retail will help meet high community demand for more options and convenience.”
