All cybersecurity assets have been transferred to KineticFuse while Nitro continues to service clients in other verticals.
Tampa, Fla. – Aug. 22, 2018 – Nitro Solutions today announced it has separated its cybersecurity assets and operations into an independent business called KineticFuse. The move reflects new growth strategies and enables KineticFuse to pursue opportunities in the rapidly-expanding network security market.
The separation was finalized July 26, 2018.
“After extensive research and planning, we believed a separation was the best decision for each business,” said Pete Slade, founder of Nitro and chief technology officer at KineticFuse. “Interest in our cybersecurity technology has been incredible and given all the challenges detecting threats in cybersecurity, our technology is perfectly timed to help organizations detect and contain cyber threats.”
While Slade retains ownership interest in Nitro, his primary focus will be KineticFuse as the company looks to capitalize on its game-changing technology.
KineticFuse is the first company to apply unsupervised deep neural networks to cybersecurity, revolutionizing how organizations protect themselves with ThreatWarrior. KineticFuse’s security technology and services provide comprehensive, predictive protection against all threats, including advanced and emerging threats, insider attacks, ransomware, malware and more. Powered by AI, ThreatWarrior delivers next-generation threat identification, accelerated response and threat prevention capabilities that keep data safe from even the most elite cyber actors.
