Working Women Conference Set For September 14th

August 21, 2018 by Post

TAMPA, FL (Aug 9, 2018) – Bestselling author and highly sought after speaker Dr. Patti Fletcher will spark the fire of imagination and possibility with her success strategies for leadership at the 6th annual Working Women State Conference to be held Sept. 14, 2018, at The Bryan Glazer Family JCC in Tampa.

This dynamic one-day conference will feature engaging sessions by more than a dozen high-profile female leaders across a vast spectrum of disciplines. With room for more than 300 attendees, professional women and entrepreneurs of all ages and backgrounds can expect to garner authentic leadership advice, career guidance, and empowerment from extraordinary women from around the country.

Dr. Fletcher is a seasoned tech executive, marketing influencer, gender equity advocate and author of “Disrupters: Success Strategies from Women Who Break the Mold.” She firmly believes that the best leaders never get to the finish line … alone. Great leaders create change by helping the people around them to practice behaviors and mindsets that unify teams instead of divide them. The impact? People who come together through a common vision and create a community of change leaders.

Joi Gordon, CEO of Dress for Success Worldwide, will deliver the afternoon’s keynote address. Under her leadership, Dress for Success Worldwide has served more than 925,000 women in almost 145 affiliates located in 20 countries across the world and has now come full circle, providing our women with a plethora of programming at all points of their employment development cycle.

“For the past six years the Working Women Conference has given attendees life-changing opportunities to connect with other women and to create new professional and personal roadmaps for their lives,” said Jessica Rivelli, conference organizer and CEO and Founder of Working Women of Tampa Bay.
