PR association presents local Chapter Awards with state president Gordon Paulus

State president of FPRA Gordon Paulus, APR, CPRC

The Central West Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (CWC-FPRA) presents it annual Chapter Awards & Board Installation on Wednesday, August 15, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Sarasota Yacht Club (1100 John Ringling Blvd., Sarasota). The event is open to the public and tickets, which include lunch, are $25/FPRA members; $35/guests. To register, visit www.cwcfpra.com.

Special guest and incoming FPRA state president Gordon Paulus, APR, CPRC, will be in attendance as members are presented with the Rising Star Award, Promoting the Profession Award, Ginnie Duffey-Troyer Professionalism Award, and Member of the Year. Honors earned by the local chapter at the recent FPRA state conference will also be celebrated.

“We invite all local public relations and marketing professionals to join us as we recognize the success of the Central West Coast Chapter and our members during this annual event,” said Tara Poulton, president of CWC-FPRA. “It has been an outstanding year of learning, sharing and networking, and the chapter has much to celebrate.”
