LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. – Neal Communities, southwest Florida’s premier, private homebuilder, is closing out its second quarter with a total of 600 year-to-date new home sales.
The builder sold 83 homes in June, celebrating another month of continued solid performance for the company.
“We’ve seen a steady, consistent pace for visitors and sales throughout the first six months of 2018 due to positive economic factors and rising consumer confidence throughout the country and Florida,” said Michael Storey, president of the Lakewood Ranch-based home building firm. “Additionally, we continue to supply the market with inventory homes in all of our communities for buyers looking to move immediately, which allows us to compete with the resale home market competitively.”
Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood and Grand Palm and Milano in Venice continued their strong showings with double-digit sales last month. Eagle Trace near Lakewood Ranch saw three sales in June. There are only three homes available, including one feature home and two models, before the community closes out.
Neal Communities has broken ground on Canoe Creek, a new Parrish community with American coastal and modern farmhouse-style designs. The 304-acre property will consist of approximately 621 home sites. Canoe Creek will offer homebuyers 13 artfully classic floor plans, ranging from 1,493 to 3,346 square feet. Canoe Creek will also feature four beautifully appointed model homes to browse.
Waterset in Hillsborough County sold out in June. Neal’s south region, encompassing Lee and Collier Counties, had a very strong June with 25 sales evenly distributed throughout each community. The community of Estero Place in Fort Myers only has one opportunity available, and the builder announced that four new models in the Fort Myers community of Verandah are underway.
Neal Communities broken ground on two new villa-style models and the amenity center at Marquesa Isles, a gated, island-themed community in Naples. Once complete, the premier 40-acre community will comprise of 156 villas with coastal and British West Indies influences. Homebuyers will be able to browse the community’s new one-story models – the Sandcastle and the Tidewinds.
