NAPLES, FL (July 10, 2018) DeAngelis Diamond has been hired as the general contractor to build the Margaritaville Resort on Fort Myers Beach. This resort has been designed by Ramaker & Associates, Inc. and will be owned and operated by TPI Hospitality. It will consist of 254 rooms, two beachside restaurants, a beach club, a 22,000 sq.ft. terrace restaurant and a coffee shop located on a new pedestrian bridge over Estero Blvd.
