Tampa Bay HR Consultant of the Year Nominee

Pamela Horton, President of Maven’s Connections, Employee Engagement and Psychological Safety Expert, was nominated for the Tampa Bay HR Consultant of the Year. This award was developed to celebrate the Human Resources industry and to recognize those in the HR profession who exemplify outstanding achievement within our local human resources community. Awards are given by the Tampa Bay HR Person of the Year in the following categories: HR Person of the Year (small, medium & large organizations), HR Consultant of the Year and HR Young Professional of the Year.
Mrs. Horton helps employers transform their Managers into strategic business partners and leaders to activate trust within their teams for high levels of employee commitment, engagement and production. Her main focus is on employee engagement, succession planning, culture, career and executive coaching.

Her clients achieve record-breaking revenue through innovative learning, development, engagement & reward programs. Some of the amazing employers Mrs. Horton has the honor of working with include: LEGO, Hallmark, Stanley Black & Decker, Stanley Tools, Gerber Scientific, Inc. & several Non Profits including: Municipalities, Health Care Centers and Hospitals.

Frequently interviewed on HR and OD Podcasts & as a panelist for HR conferences Mrs. Horton speaks on topics of psychology of safety, engagement, well-being and employee burnout.

All nominations are reviewed and approved by the Nominations Committee to verify the appropriate category based upon the information provided and the winner will be announced July 26th.
