Vology Climbs to No. 21 on 2018 MSP 501 of World’s Best Managed IT Services Providers

July 2, 2018 by Post

TAMPA, Fla., July 2, 2018 –Vology, a leading Managed IT and Security Services Provider, today announced that Channel Futures, a brand within Informa, has named Vology to the No. 21 spot on its 2018 MSP 501 Worldwide Rankings. The MSP 501 is the information technology channel’s first, largest and most comprehensive ranking of Managed IT Services Providers worldwide.

This is Vology’s fourth consecutive appearance on the MSP 501, previously known as the MSPmentor 501. The company advanced four spots from No. 25 in 2017.

“It is an honor to be recognized as one of the world’s best Managed IT Services Providers,” stated Dave Wirta, Chief Revenue Officer of Vology. “Providing innovative IT and security solutions in an ever-evolving industry takes a world-class combination of people, processes and product expertise. By making continuous investments, including expanding our technical certifications, adding a 24/7/365 Security Operations Center and building new partnerships with key manufacturers, Vology is staying at the forefront of technological innovation and service delivery. In turn, we are pioneering the most strategic, cost-effective solutions that meet the multifaceted business needs of our valued customers.”

“This year’s applicant pool was the largest and most diverse in the history of the survey, and our winners represent the health and progressivity of the managed services market,” said Kris Blackmon, Content Director of Channel Futures and Editor of the MSP 501. “They’re growing their revenue, expanding their customer influence and exploring new technology that will propel them for years to come.”

To qualify for the 2018 MSP 501, organizations were required to submit confidential survey applications and verified 2017 financial results. MSPs were evaluated by Channel Futures and Clarity Channel Advisors and ranked according to a unique methodology, which recognized that not all revenue streams are created equal. Revenue figures were weighted according to how well each candidate’s business strategy anticipated trends in the fast-evolving channel ecosystem.

The complete MSP 501 list is available online at www.channelfutures.comand a full MSP 501 report, available this fall, will leverage applicant responses, interviews and historical data to identify business and technology trends in the IT channel.
